- Vita Fede has full discretion over the status of an item when reviewing for repair, return or exchange.
- Unauthorized returns may be subject to immediate return to sender.
- Proof of purchase or itemized receipt is required for all returns to be processed.
- Vita Fede reserves the right to request photographic evidence for RA submissions.
- Stone repairs will be based on stone availability.
- Repairs may up to or over 6-8 weeks to be completed.
- Elective, personalized or customized repairs are not accepted.
- For hygienic reasons, earrings will not be refunded or exchanged.
Returns, repairs or exchanges may be rejected for the following reasons:
- Insufficient information is provided to process the order.
- There appears to be significant wear on the item.
- Purchase was made more than a year prior to the request.
- Damage was unrelated to a manufacturer or quality issue.
