Any taxes and duties that incur during shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking information is sent via email on the day of shipment.
 

TO RETURN GOODS:

To return your goods for store credit or exchange only, please follow the instructions below:
 

RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us within 5 days at customerservice@vitafede.com with your reason for the exchange or store credit. We can then issue a return authorization number (RA.)

To return your merchandise, please be advised that you must return your order within 5 days upon receipt of an RA number. Please ensure to mark the RA number clearly on the returns form.
 

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE:

All accurately returned products will be credited as either a store credit excluding shipping costs.

We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. Earrings are final sale as in accordance to state law for intimate items, as to protect all purchasing parties from infection, disease or other impurities.

All sale items are final sales.
