  • Vita Fede has full discretion over the status of an item when reviewing for repair, return or exchange.
  • Unauthorized returns may be subject to immediate return to sender.
  • Proof of purchase or itemized receipt is required for all returns to be processed.
  • Vita Fede reserves the right to request photographic evidence for RA submissions.
  • Stone repairs will be based on stone availability.
  • Repairs may up to or over 6-8 weeks to be completed.
  • Elective, personalized or customized repairs are not accepted.
  • For hygienic reasons, earrings will not be refunded or exchanged.

Returns, repairs or exchanges may be rejected for the following reasons:

  • Insufficient information is provided to process the order.
  • There appears to be significant wear on the item.
  • Purchase was made more than a year prior to the request.
  • Damage was unrelated to a manufacturer or quality issue.
