By placing an online order, you agree and accept to all Terms & Conditions set forth by Vita Fede. This notice contains the frequently asked questions and terms that govern this website. If online customers do not accept these terms, Vita Fede reserves the right to cancel any transaction and ask customers to refrain from using VitaFede.com . Access to Vita Fede.com is for personal use only and not intended for commercial purposes.

1. VITA FEDE RETURN POLICY

For Vita Fede online purchases only. Vita Fede will accept full priced, unworn merchandise returned within 7 days for store credit or exchange of product only.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, in new condition, with no damages.
  • All earrings and personalized pieces are final sale, non-exchangeable.
  • Merchandise that is received with any damages may be returned to customer without prior notice and may result in denial of return.
  • Vita Fede must authorize all returns and exchanges. Any unauthorized returns received will be denied and items will be sent back to the customer without prior notice.
  • Approved returns are only valid within 7 business days after issuance.
  • Items will be exchanged upon current stock confirmation. Should the item not be in stock, a store credit will be issued.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after the order has shipped.

2. VITA FEDE WARRANTY

  • Vita Fede guarantees a one-year warranty on merchandise that is manufacturer defected only.
  • Vita Fede does not cover merchandise damaged by the customer.
  • Items are deemed defective solely upon the discretion of Vita Fede.
  • Vita Fede will not be held responsible for damages caused by improper care.
  • Vita Fede will repair a defective item with proof of purchase only.
  • For defective or incorrect merchandise received, customers must adhere to the return/warranty policy stated above.
  • All damages incurred after the one-year warranty may be subject to Vita Fede Repair Service fees, including all stone and pearl repair requests.
  • Vita Fede reserves the right to request photographic evidence regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return.

3. VITA FEDE STORE CREDIT

  • Upon approval by Vita Fede, we will issue store credit for unworn and undamaged items returned within 7 days of receiving purchase.
  • Store credit can be used one time only on a future order.
  • Store credit codes will remain active for one full year.
  • A store credit cannot be combined with any other store credit codes, discounts or promotional offers.
  • Store credit can only be used in its entirety on a future purchase that is equal to or greater than the value of the store credit.
  • Items returned for store credit, must be returned with all original tags and packaging included.

Any credit, coupon, or promotion offered by Vita Fede may only be used within the specified timeframe. Vita Fede reserves the right to alter or cancel credits, coupons and/or promotions without notice. Vita Fede reserves the right to cancel any transaction with improper use of credits, coupons or promotions. Improper use of credits may result in loss of your account and site access.

4. VITA FEDE GIFT CARD

  • Gift Cards must be redeemed on VitaFede.com, towards your online purchase. The total purchase amount will be deducted from the Gift Card balance. Any unused balance will remain on recipients Gift Card.
  • If an order should exceed the amount on Gift Card, the balance must be paid in full before check out completion with valid form of payment. The purchaser of a Vita Fede Gift Card can check the status of the Gift Card by logging into their Vita Fede account.
  • Gift Cards cannot be resold, refunded, reloaded, exchanged or transferred for value.
  • Items purchased with Gift Cards cannot be returned for cash refund.
  • Vita Fede is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or unredeemed Gift Cards. The risk is passed to purchaser of Gift Card upon our electronic transmission to the recipient and purchaser.
  • Vita Fede has the right cancel any transaction and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently redeemed Gift Card is used.

5. VITA FEDE GIFT WRAP

  • All items are shipped in our Vita Fede gift box.
  • All gift boxes include a velvet bag, care card, and are wrapped in a bow.

6. VITA FEDE ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed 1-2 business days after an order has been placed, Monday – Friday, excluding weekends, public and bank holidays and scheduled warehouse closures.
  • Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  • Orders placed under high volume periods may take longer than anticipated to process. You will be notified upon such instances.
  • All additions and/or upgrades to an order after an order has been processed will be subject to a charge for the difference in pricing. Please note that multiple orders maybe dispatched and invoiced separately.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified after your order has shipped.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, changed or updated without prior notice. Prices and descriptive information or imagery are subject to change without notice. If a product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will contact you prior to processing the order to confirm the new price. We will not honor price matching, nor will we negotiate the prices of our products under any circumstances. Some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. Measurements of select pieces are provided to help visual size.

For all email inquiries, please allow up to 1-2 business days for one of our Vita Fede Representatives to respond. All inquiries will be answered in the order they were received.

7. VITA FEDE ORDER STATUS

All Vita Fede customers can check the status of their orders online.

To check your order status:

  • Log into your Vita Fede account via Vitafede.com
  • Under My Orders
  • Select “View Your Order History”

8. VITA FEDE PRICING

  • All Vita Fede online prices are in USD only.
  • Vita Fede accepts all major credit cards for online purchases.
  • We do not accept checks or money orders.
  • All applicable cities and states are subject to sales tax. Rates may fluctuate according to the county the item(s) is (are) shipped to.
  • The applicable sales tax amount is indicated during the checkout process.
  • Sales tax amount will depend upon various factors such as; total amount of order, billing and/or shipping addresses.

9. VITA FEDE SHIPPING

  • Orders will be shipped on business days only, excluding, weekends, public and bank holidays, and scheduled warehouse closures.
  • Orders placed after 2PM PST will be processed next business day.
  • All online orders are processed and shipped from Los Angeles, CA, USA.
  • Vita Fede ships worldwide.
  • Vita Fede does not ship to any U.S. or international P.O Boxes.
  • All addressed must be provided in English for timely and accurate delivery. Orders with addresses not provided in English will be subject to cancellation.
  • All orders are subject to partial shipments in the event one or more items on an order is pre order or not available.
  • Vita Fede will send an email to all online orders when an order has shipped, containing the tracking number and name of courier service.
  • Upon checkout, you have the right to request or deny an adult signature for your order. International orders require an adult signature.
  • Domestic and international orders are shipped via UPS. The use of personal shipping accounts is not allowed.
  • Upon dispatch of your order, all accountability is transferred to the purchaser and recipient.
  • Vita Fede is not accountable for lost or stolen packages.
  • The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products that is purchased.
  • Vita Fede will not be held responsible for any international or domestic taxes under any circumstance.
  • Vita Fede will not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by inclement weather conditions, international custom issues or any other factors beyond the control of Vita Fede.
  • If your package is deemed undeliverable or sent back to our warehouse, Vita Fede will contact you in an attempt to redeliver package. Applicable feed may apply.

Notes On International Shipping:

  • All international orders are subject to custom and import duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for related information regarding fees.
  • Packages returned due to refusal of paying international customs duties and taxes may be refunded minus shipping charges and other applicable fees.
  • Not all countries accept packages or may have limited service from the United States. Please check with your country’s local customs office.
  • All international orders require an adult signature.
  • In the event of delays in international customs, your local customs/couriers office will notify you.

10. VITA FEDE PRE-ORDER

  • Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are processed and available.
  • Pre-order items may ship on or before the estimated pre-order time.
  • Pre-order dates may be postponed due to various factors at any time. You will be notified upon confirmation if an item you purchased is on or becomes pre order.
  • Your credit card will be charged at the point of sale for all pre-order items purchased online.

11. VITA FEDE CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All Vita Fede items come with care instructions specific to the item.

To ensure quality and life of your pieces, please follow the care instructions listed on the care cards included in every package.

Vita Fede reserves the right to close customer accounts and cancel any transactions or orders if a customer does not adhere to the terms and conditions set forth by Vita Fede.
